Where do I start? Well, all I know is when I saw their sheds in person I instantly knew what I wanted. There's no comparison in quality and workmanship to any other shed build or shed kits. The sales representative Josh was very thorough in executing my order, and it arrived exactly how I ordered it. When the shed was ready, John in logistics contacted me 3 times to confirm clearance location and delivery date. Jerry did an incredible job with the delivery and placement of the shed. That dude drives like Steve McQueen, maneuvering the shed through very tight quarters. Thanks again, fellas, on a job well done!!! The shed is top notch, very pleased.

We have visited this site twice and plan to make our purchase from these guys once our house is closed. The buildings are high quality and sturdy. They have an impressive selection and great payment options. If you do not see what you want on site, you can get it custom-made. Can't wait to order our gazebo and sun shed.

What an amazing experience! We looked at a shed, loved it, went inside and purchased it smoothly, got a call later that day, and had it delivered two days later! The shed we bought is gorgeous and great quality. The salesman we had was very sweet and made the transaction simple. The delivery guy and his wife were kind and made delivery a breeze as well. I cannot recommend this company enough!! First photo was on the lot, and second photo is installed and beautiful.

I previously saw a 12 by 16 shed at Veteran's House and was amazed at the construction. I contacted the salesperson Ron Walker, who sold the 12 by 16 shed. We discussed the options available, and also a Veteran's Discount. Ron told me that I would receive a ramp instead. I also visited the shed lot in Carleton, Michigan and spoke to Jeff Peck, who showed me the different sheds. Jeff Peck also used his computer to put together "MY" shed. Amish Outdoor Buildings worked with me on MY shed because the City of Southfield Building Department required a "Rat Wall Cement Foundation", so I had to get a cement contractor, which was Flevaris Cement, who had the best price and were excellent to work with. Amish Outdoor Buildings built MY 12 by 16 shed and kept it until the Rat Wall Cement Foundation was completed and ready to have MY 12 by 16 shed delivered and dropped. The delivery person removed the bottom supports for a fee because MY shed needed to be flat. I am completely satisfied with Amish Outdoor Buildings/Carleton, Michigan and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautifully built shed like mine. Gerald J. Gorski Southfield, Michigan

I am very happy with my chicken coop. I like the colors, the workmanship, and the overall design and feel of the chicken coop! It’s beautiful and just what I imagined!

Barn was built precisely how we wanted. The team called twice just to double confirm the order and specs. Delivery was on time. Set up was amazingly fast! Well built and exactly what we needed to hold everything.

When I finally decided it was time to order a garage, I went to Amish Outdoor Buildings and it turned out to be a great decision. Ron was a pleasure to deal with and patiently answered all my questions in placing the order, while John in dispatch communicated the build status and coordinated delivery. Finally, the day of delivery arrived and the building was exactly like I ordered and of very high quality. Sherwin was simply outstanding in placing it exactly where I wanted, in spite of having to maneuver it around a couple of obstacles. It was like watching an artist at work. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth, great communication. I had purchased a garden shed. Very well built, also looks beautiful in the backyard. The Carlton site is great to do business with, very nice people there. The shed I ordered turned out great with good quality, and delivery was very good. If you're looking for a shed, I highly recommend the Carlton location.

UPDATE 2025 We have purchased both a shed and gazebo from Ron (pictured below) and we recommend him to everyone we know. Ron will work with you and make sure you get exactly what you want, right down to the colors, stain, type of roof, windows, doors, and the right size. You can choose the placement of everything and custom select exactly what you need. Flexible payment options and quality construction. We WILL be buying more in the future and recommending others go here. There are other places you can get these types of buildings, but nobody as honest and reliable as Ron.

We love our new shed! (14X10) I'm pretty sure this is the first time I have done an online review for any product or service, but I was so impressed with the whole experience that I felt I should share. From start to finish the communication was great, the build time was actually faster than scheduled, and delivery was on time and very professional. (The delivery and install was an impressive thing to watch... he was obviously very experienced and placed our shed in a sort of tricky spot with ease.) The build quality of the shed is fantastic, and being able to run the 3D design program was very helpful in picking out colors and options. I went with the workbench option along the back wall and I am very happy I did. Great customer service and a great product!

Our garden shed was delivered on July 15th, 2025. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We were missing a set of shutters; I called and within an hour we had a call back. This is now our 3rd building that we have purchased from Ron in Adrian. He is the best to work with for your building needs. We were looking for a building that we could turn into a recreational building on our property. After talking to Ron, we went with a 16x44 building and we couldn’t be happier with it. After 4 months of working on it, I finally have gotten it finished and it turned out awesome. Would not purchase from anywhere else besides Ron in Adrian.

Great experience! When searching for an outdoor building, I looked at many different builders. When I arrived at the Adrian, MI location, I was thrilled with the many variations, styles, and colors. Being able to look inside all of the structures and see the dimensions and price without any pressure was refreshing. The quality of the material and craftsmanship was much better than competitors in the same area. I purchased my building on a Saturday and was advised it would be 7-10 days for delivery, as it was the week of the 4th of July. I was contacted Monday and was told my building could be delivered Wednesday (3rd day from purchase). This was GREAT, as I am able to get it loaded up with my items during the long weekend. The delivery went smoothly and the driver put the building exactly where requested, leveled it, and installed the ramp in under an hour. I highly recommend you go see Ron at Amish Outdoor Buildings on 223, just east of Treat Highway.

My experience with Amish Outdoor Buildings (Carleton) was great. I received a prompt call back from Jeff Peck after I left a message and he handled everything very well, going over my order with me, which I had originally done online. He expedited everything by putting it in for me and I had my building in 3 weeks. The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was the best, very professional and caring. I was worried about my in-ground sprinklers and my yard being torn up, but there was very little damage to my lawn and no damage to my sprinkler heads. Overall, a very good experience. And the quality of the building is second to none. I'm soooo glad I was told by the cement contractor that poured my pad for the shed to go to Amish Outdoor Buildings; if not, I would have been stuck with a shed from some big box store that would not have the build quality like this shed. It's built to last! Thanks to everyone at Amish Outdoor Buildings.

We were extremely pleased with everything about our shed-buying experience. Ordering was fast and easy, and the selection of sheds to look at in Adrian was great, giving us a good understanding of the quality of manufacturing as well as the many options available. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and very helpful, from ordering to manufacturing to delivery. Our shed was actually finished much earlier than we expected, but we couldn't take delivery right away since pouring of our concrete pad was delayed by all the rain. We were told that was not a problem; just call as soon as we were ready for delivery. Two weeks later we called, and our shed was delivered and carefully put in place within three days. The quality of the shed is outstanding, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amish Outdoor Buildings and Homestead to anyone in the market for a shed.
